Laptops, tablets and smartphones are now a part of every day life – just take a look around your bus or train on the way to work and the majority of passengers will be engrossed in some sort of mobile device. In fact, one in two Australian adults now owns a smartphone.

More and more employers are adopting a ‘bring your own device’ (BYOD) approach where employees are permitted to bring their personally owned mobile devices to work and use these devices to access company information and applications. With cited benefits including increased productivity and improved employee morale, it’s no wonder business managers are looking at ways to make it easy to integrate mobile devices into the work flow.
